Q. It says on the package that the lock can be rekeyed, how do I do that?
A. Some retailers have in-store door hardware specialists that can rekey the lock to work with any compatible key. For the stores that don't, a local hardware store or locksmith will be able to rekey the lock for a nominal charge.

Q. I've lost the keys for my lock (door or padlock), can I get new ones?
A. For security reasons, we do not provide replacement keys for our lock systems. However, we use industry standard keyways and there should be no trouble getting copies made at your local retailer or hardware store.

Q. I can't open my combination padlock; can you give me the combination?
A. The combinations for the dial combination padlocks are set at the factory and not recorded. We encourage you to keep a copy of the combination in a safe place.

Q. Can I order directly from you?
A. If your project has special requirements, we encourage you to work with your retailer to place a "Special Order" directly with Hampton
